The West Suburban Harriers running club was founded to provide enhanced training and competition opportunities for middle school and high school athletes. Our goals are to provide age-appropriate and effective training and to educate athletes on training philosophies, race strategies, effective drills and exercises, and the importance of healthy lifestyle choices. Our key tenet is to provide positive coaching that develops the confidence of athletes and enhances their love of the great sport of cross-country.
